encompasses the Pleasant Hill BART station platform, is a 125-acre master-planned transit community featuring approximately 1.75 million square feet of existing Class A office and commercial space, two full-service hotels and nearly 2,300 multi-family residential units. At completion, Contra Costa Centre Transit Village will consist of more than two million square feet of office/commercial development, 3,000 residential units, 50,000 square feet of retail, 3,500 square feet or civic use and over eight acres of green space.
